I did not know she had this channel. I wasn't interested in her main channel because it is so food oriented.
I'm mostly watching videos from this list. You get to pick up the Japanese phrases used for the things she's teaching in English. She often rewords things several ways in Japanese to help her audience get a feel for the nuance. This means that even if you already know how to say the phrase in Japanese, you get to learn alternative expressions and increase your repertoire, often with little or no effort. For instance, I didn't know that ふわふわ can also be used to mean 'vague', and while I knew めちゃくちゃ for describing an untidy room, it was the only way I knew to explain this state. Then watching her lesson on めちゃくちゃ I learnt that you can use a verb and say 散らかった*. That word is so similar to 散らす (to scatter) that I already knew, that I had no need to add it to vocab lists or anything. It's effortless learning! Weirdly, I can't learn this way from watching dramas or movies, it's unique to her channel (so far).
Some of her videos are advertising products, but you still get to learn some interesting phrases in those too (although I started taking vitamin B2 because of her ^^). It's an ingenious way for companies to get around add blocker!
If that hasn't convinced you she rocks.. maybe this will.. (a very catchy song in Japanese about English word order ^^)
* And just yesterday I was watching the drama Hotaru no Hikari with the subs off and the main love interest asked her to wait outside. He used this word to explain why (so he could quickly run in and tidy it). I may have been able to guess anyway from the context, but it was nice that I already knew the word!
